These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you (“User”) and Millennial Ruler. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

All videos, images, text and other materials provided by Millennial Ruler are protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, sell, perform, display, reverse‑engineer or create derivative works from our content. Trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the site are our property or the property of third parties.

3. User‑Generated Content

When you post content (videos, comments, articles) you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Millennial Ruler a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify and publicly display that content in connection with the service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate copyright or other rights, contain unlawful material, or include personal data of others without consent. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws.
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
- Upload malware, spam, unsolicited advertising or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the service.
- Circumvent our security measures or attempt to access the accounts of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you engage in prohibited conduct.

5. Paid Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features (such as Pro plans or promotional tools) require payment. When you purchase a subscription or pay for services, you authorise us or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law. We may change subscription prices with notice to you; continued use after the change indicates acceptance.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may delete your account through your profile settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease, but certain licence grants and provisions (e.g., our right to display your content) may survive.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error‑free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Millennial Ruler and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless another forum is required by law. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
